Delete your account

What deletion does

When you delete your account in the app, we delete your profile, your tracked cases, and your notification history right away. We also delete any case data that nobody else tracks.

If other users also track one of your cases, that case stays for them. It is no longer linked to you.

Delete in the app

Open the app and go to Profile → Delete account. This happens immediately.

Can't open the app?

If you lost your phone or uninstalled the app, email us at Jakarallc@gmail.com. We will delete your account and data within 30 days of your request.

Please write from the email address on your account, or include it in your message. We may ask you to confirm that the request really comes from you.

Data that stays on your phone

Some details are saved only on your phone. These are your passport number, surname, consulate, and nationality. We never receive them. Deleting the app or its data removes them.
